Your definition (someone good at using the computer) is OK, but normally another sense is used: someone who studied Computer Science.

All computer scientists are computines but most computines are not computer scientists.

Example: (Necesito) Computín que domine PHP, ASP y/o JAVA

This example is taken from Needish. You won't find a job offer on more serious sites using this word.
